Welcome to Spinjoy (“Spinjoy,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, http://spinjoy.com (the “Site”), and all related services, including our retail laundry subscription offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You authorize Spinjoy (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees.

  • Prices, fees, and billing terms may change; any changes will be communicated in advance.

  • You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions provided in your account or by contacting customer support.

 

Refunds are issued only in accordance with our posted policies or applicable law.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any unlawful or fraudulent way.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.

  • Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
     

We reserve the right to block or restrict access by users who violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Spinjoy and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spinjoy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services.

 

Our total liability to you for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the six months prior to the claim.

 

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these terms may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Spinjoy, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Pennsylvania.
