What We Don't Do

What if something goes wrong?
We stand behind our work. If you’re not happy with your Spinjoy order, we’ll make it right fast, from free re-washes to loss or damage coverage, because your clothes and your trust matter. That's our Happiness Guarantee.
Can I choose my detergent?
Yes. You can select your preferred detergent (standard or hypoallergenic), wash intensity (normal or delicate), and dry temperature (normal or delicate) in the app. You can elect to put detergent in your bag and we'll happily use whatever detergent you provide to us.
