Our Quality Promise
Your laundry should come back exactly the way you expect it: clean, cared for, and ready to use. Our Spinjoy Certified Laundry Pros™ carefully check every order, and if something isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of pickup. We’ll gladly prioritize and re-wash the affected item(s) at no cost to you.
Loss or Damage Protection
In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged in our care, it’s covered. Every Spinjoy cycle includes protection up to $100 per item, with a maximum of $500 per order. We’ll work with you to determine fair retail value and provide a solution, whether that’s a store credit, refund, or replacement.
Claims should be submitted within 30 days of laundry pickup, along with photos or relevant details, so we can make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Can I choose my detergent?
Yes. You can select your preferred detergent (standard or hypoallergenic), wash intensity (normal or delicate), and dry temperature (normal or delicate) in the app. You can elect to put detergent in your bag and we'll happily use whatever detergent you provide to us.
